    The TV is fine in general, but mine has bug, which when I look online, does not appear to have a fix except a software patch which Samsung has yet to do. My TV thinks that there is a network cable plugged in, and pops up a message EVERY time I turn on the TV. Then it will tell me 30 seconds later, network cable unplugged. I am using wireless internet. This message should NOT appear.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60T TV and for your review. I am very sorry you are experiencing connection issues. A recent firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1460.9 released on 12/7/20)

      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.

      You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience.
      Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

      You should also check your Network Connection by going to: Settings > General > Network > Network Status to check the network status.
      - If the network isn't connected, a network reset may be required.
      - Make sure that your access point is working properly. Check the LED indicators on your access point to make sure it is operating normally.
      - If you are using a wireless access point, check the access point location. If the access point is too far from the TV, move it closer.
      - Try rebooting the access point by disconnecting and reconnecting the power connector. It may take 1 to 2 minutes until the access point comes back online after a reboot.
