Had to deal with returning it. Ordered again from Best Buy and the delivery was seemless and they took great care to make sure it arrived intact. Great TV!

My product was damaged at the warehouse and I was never notified of the change of new delivery date. Customer service was terrible and I ended getting my delivery almost 2 weeks later. I will never order any products from Best Buy Woodland Hills, Ca location ever again. very disappointed in their services.
