Color pictures looking good but in grey and black tones there is a visible pattern of backlight spots on the screen which is really annoying. I also have one dead pixel. spent 2 hours with samsung support, all they did was wasting my time. You cannot even get a service request if you do not create samsung account which is crazy. Support chat shared a link for a zip file for tv update, which felt like a scam scenario and I declined. Tv itself says it is up to date when you try to do a software update. Never buying samsung tv again.

Terrible experience. The TV came with manufacturing defects, the screen has blacks spots with dead LED spots. Because I was moving I did not take the TV out of the box for over 2 weeks. I finally did to realize the defect. Best Buy won’t respond and won’t stand behind the product the sell. Terrible company and terrible customer service. Stay away, buy somewhere else.

Been a fan of Samsung for many years, but unfortunately, this TV fell short. Had terrible blooming light showing through the edges and in the center when you’re watching TV in the dark scene, had to get it refunded which turned into a big pain. Thank you Best Buy for taking care of me.

Somehow a busted pixel in the middle of the screen isnt covered on a 3 day old tv. Unreal. Samsung and best buy have lost my business. All i wanted was it replaced after i spent that much money on it. Live and learn as they say.

We purchased this TV due to having a 65in Qled and wanted a bigger one for our living room. We purchased this one after reading reviews between the 70QC vs 80QC and there wasn’t much difference.
We had the pleasure of having Vincete and AJ install and deliver our TV (Texas) and just WOW! They were absolutely amazing!
The installation was quick, clean and done correctly. They were nice enough to wear shoe covers when entering and exiting the house which was awesome! (We don’t wear shoes in the house).
Would definitely recommend the tv, we also went with the Sanus Elite title mount which is great too.

Best TV I've ever had so far. Brilliant colors and deep blacks. Transition and movements in sports and movies are awesome. If you want that in a TV, go by this, 120 Hrz (not 60 hrz)

This Samsung is definitely a solid TV with excellent picture quality and all the smart features you'd expect. The QLED display looks fantastic and the interface runs smoothly. Plus, after dealing with my LG's bargain-bin remote, Samsung's actually feels like it belongs with a premium TV instead of a Happy Meal.
But is it worth the significant price jump over my LG? The picture is great, but so was my LG's. The remote is better, but not "hundreds of dollars better."

So far so good. I was a bit disappointed with the last samsung tv only lasting 3 years. Thankfully i bought the best buy esp for 5 years of coverage. I paid a couple hundred extra to upgrade the new tv. Fair deal, and of course repurchased the esp policy for another 5 years. New tv picture very bright, reacts fast, the only knock on any new tv is the tv speakers are inadequate. Klipsch sound bar and sub interaction has been solid. Connectivity also solid. No faults yet. The new version is 3 inches larger then the last.

This is a beautiful TV! We upgraded from a 60” so 85” has been great and definitely a big change. The startup is quick and the widget apps have been working well so far. There doesn’t seem to be any lag at all on any apps and screens. Airplay works great on this as well and is quick to respond. The colors are beautiful and does well in a well-lit room (we have lots of natural lighting but the screen is still clear) but it’s even better at night. The visual really pops. Delivery was also a breeze and the TV was not too heavy to mount, just make sure you have a sturdy mount. Overall, we are extremely happy with this purchase.

The 85" Samsung Q70C QLED is plenty large enough for our family room and has vivid 4k colors. The frame rate upscaling does make some animated movies uncanny valley versions compared to traditional movie frame rates. You will notice tiny animation errors or special effects glitches you never saw before.
The screen is so large you will notice a wavy ocean-like reflection on the screen in the right lighting rather than being perfectly flat. The included speakers definitely won't cut it for big rooms so plan on at least getting a center mantle speaker for over a fireplace.
The replacement of 3A batteries for solar power makes the remote control slender and light. HDMI connections are smart and immediately recognize the device you just turned on so there's no scrolling through menu inputs to show the Nintendo you just turned on. I'm not too impressed with the menu media guide so far as it's much busier than ROKU.
We ended up paring a ROKU speaker bar and running everything through ROKU.
It's a huge TV at a decent price. I have no complaints after a month.

Best tv for the price! Makes the 65 inch we replaced it with, look like trash. Color is wonderful - we mounted it on the wall and although it was heavy, when you consider the size - it was pretty easy to mount. Customer service was wonderful as well - we bounced around to check out all our options and he was very patient and informative with us.

Very responsive and easy to setup. Already own a 65” Samsung, which prompted me to stay with the brand. Logged into our account and it imported our settings. Picture is great. Built in speakers are actually pretty good, but we have a Bose sound bar hooked up. Highly recommend.
