    Tv is great. Great install except they brought wrong mount for subwoofer which i had to retuen and hence the 3 star instead of 5.

    beautiful picture, however.... used geek squad for installation. clean install, but damaged soundbar. Took hours on the phone to get best buy to agree to uninstall and bring a replacement to install. THEN, they pulled a no-show/no-call on scheduled day to replace soundbar - wasted 12 hours waiting for them to arrive!! Again, had to fight to have them come out the next day to fix THEIR issue the next day - they initially told me I had to wait 2 weeks!! Juice not worth the squeeze.

    Good, but not as clear as I thought it would be. Had to buy a sound bar, because tv sound wasn't what I wanted.

    NICE TV, But Clouding within 45 days

    We've had the tv for 45 days now, while only having it on for a few hours each night, no games being played, and the TV has "clouding" at dark scenes. THANK GOD for total tech services. Samsung does not cover this, so BB will have to swap out.

    Picture quality could be better. I think the size of screen takes away from the quality of the picture

    I am disappointed with this model. The loading of a lot of promgrams is very slow. Especially samsung tv+

    When wall mounted the tv looks bent or curved. Samsung will not help!

    Wireless Stopped Working

    5 months after purchasing this tv it would no longer connect to the wireless network and a technician had to be called.

    Flimsy fragile screen broke

    My husband and son are extremely hand and good w/ tech stuff - in trying to get this on the wall mount, the entire left 1/8 of screen completely broke. They used no extreme pressure and they didn't manhandle it, it just broke. Outside the 15 day warranty by BB and Samsung repairs are $1275 so we are out $1599 for this TV. DO NOT BUY!!!! Too Flimsy to be standing on a stand and too flimsy to mount.

    I've owned this TV for 6 months and two of the HDMI ports already DO NOT WORK. They continued to crash and don't super 4k. Extremely upset

    Everything was working good and on the same day of installation tv died later and won’t turn on. Super disappointed.
