Price point is better than other brands for similar TVs. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is based on past Samsung TV experiences.

Three things impressed me. First was the level of care they showed including cleaning up when they were finished. They even vacuumed the carpet! Second, they removed and took away all packing materials which would have been very hard for my wife and I to dispose of. Finally, the team stayed with us to teach us how to program and operate the TV, They were very patient and knowledgeable.
