Don't buy from Jensen Beach, Florida store.

Tech told me twice TV should be replaced. Two totaltech reps said TV should be replaced but decision had to be made by manager. I went to the store, the manager was busy. Called and left multiple messages for store manager and service manager. No return calls. Asked total tech for email address for manager. They said they couldn't give me an email address. I bought 5+ TVs, multiple applicances from this store and will never buy from this store again
