I own 2 other Samsung TVs, I still believe they make great TVs. This is an honest review that you need to be aware of. At best buy, The 75 inch model that is on display looks amazing. When I say it in the store, it was the perfect TV. It was the best looking one on display. Here is the catch you need to be aware of. The 85 inch model which is the same model as the 75 has a totally different panel. The panel on this 85 inch model is a matte like panel. So what's the big deal right??? When I unpacked the TV and looked the screen I knew something was wrong. The viewing angle on this model is absolutley horrible. if you stand just a little off center the images, colors and contrast washes out so bad, you would think the TV is actually broken. Thats why you don't see the 85 inch model on display. If you buy the 75 to this TV you will be extremely happy, because it has an IPS panel that is sharpe and superior. Don't fall for it like I did. I thought the panel on the 85 was the same as the 75. I had to retuen it after 3 days, I could not take it anymore. Samsung let me down on this model. I will wait for a better 85 with a high gloss panel. that's what gives you the wide viewing angle and rich colors.

Picture quality was difficult to set and get consistent clarity. Moved the set to install a sound bar and when plugged back in a black line appeared. Put it out on the street and bought a Sony...costly move, but in the end, couldn't be happier with the replacement.
