    I am very pleased with the service I have got at Best Buy. They are holding my tvs and appliances till our house is done and recently we went back there to get price match on three items and they adjusted the price I am impressed.

    Received this replacement since the other one that was delivered was broken. The settings on this one, although it's the exact same television, are totally different. As far as adjusting the picture, the other 85" was a lot better, this one is limited to a couple of settings, the other had many more. All in all, I like the Samsung much better than the Sony.

    The first TV purchased was mounted and would not power up (defect). Agents had to dismount and take it back to the store. Had to reorder another TV. The Geek Squad agents were wonderful. Best Buy didn't communicate well on the status of the re-order, which caused stress during this time of the year. The second TV is mounted and seems to be working well.

    Not worth the money and the remote is solar. I had issues with this product as soon as it was installed. Some channels had lines in the picture and etc. I returned this product and purchased an LG QNED mini and is highly satisfied and will definitely highly recommend.

      I’m sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the clarity of your Q80B TV. If you’re noticing blurring or juddering on the screen, try adjusting the Picture Clarity Settings to improve your image. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings

      - Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
      - Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      - Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.
