The TV itself is great, I expect that of Samsung, but the service was unexpected.

All these high end Samsung QLEDs suffer from the same reflection issue where bright reflections like light bulbs and sunlight will stretch out across the entire screen, so just make sure you don't have reflection issues and you'll love it.
