    Paid for wall installation service and the installers didn't have the appropriate tools to complete the Job. Nothing has been done.

    Good TV. Delivered wrong bracket. Delivery time scheduled for 7:00 am- 11:00. Actual arrival 5:45 Pm.

    It is not that good of a product. Unfortunately when we got the tv it had what appeared to be a blinding lightbulb behind the screen and my wife was on the phone with customer service all day and the representative suggested a Sony and we were glad we got a discount on the replacement tv the rep recommended but was sorely displeased that this tv was defective.

    Geek squad showed up. Removed the wires from the old TV, put the old TV in the truck. They set up this new TV and it would not come on. Not impressed! Now that model is on backorder. I have returned it and ordered a different model. I get to wait another month to have it installed. Not happy!

    I don’t see the difference between a 85 in regular LED $1,000 and this Neo QLED $2,400.

    Crappy TV, Samsung, Best Buy service awful

    Within 3 days the tv was turning off and on. Called Samsung and walked me thru to reset and other trouble shooting and to no avail. Contacted Best Buy and good luck with that is all I have to say so I had to go to Best Buy myself and get another TV which will take another 2 weeks before they can deliver and pickup the broken tv. The whole reason was to get a bigger tv for the Super Bowl for family and friends and all that was a waste since the tv kept turning off and on. Gave it a 1 star only so I could submit my review.

    TV broke within 6 weeks from purchase

    TV broke in 6 weeks from purchase. It switched off by itself and wouldn’t come back on. Samsung team coming to fix it under warranty requiring me to take this super heavy TV down from the wall mount. Never had such bad experience with a Samsung product, $3500 price I paid for it making it only worse!!!
