Be Careful!

We caught the tape measure hook in between the panel and the frame and got a very small crack in the panel corner which quickly spread up the side and across the middle ruining the entire picture. Best Buy was not very easy to deal with either. They would not give me the number to the store where it shipped from so I could speak to the manager. It was my fault, and even though the price had dropped right after I purchased, I was outside the "15 day window" (at 30 days), so there was zero flexibility to get a retroactive price match ($300 credit) even though I was buying another tv.
