Picture quality is good, but hard to really rate since I don't have anything in full 4k. Does appear to have more depth with movies and streaming shows compared to last TV (also Samsung). Volume is weak at best and probably needs a soundbar or something similar. Still not a fan of the Tizen platform compared to google and Roku interface

We have had this TV for a few months now and are still in awe of the excellent picture, the sound is amazing we don't even use our home theater system, would recommend.

Bought the 85” Samsung Neo Qled for Black Friday sale. The picture is great and smooth motion. Have not games on it as of yet. The picture contrast and brightness are very good. Remote is eAsy to use and bonus it recharges via light.

Excellent picture, even in bright sunlight. Best Buy’s delivery guys did a great job: on time, polite, helpful ideas about unboxing and hanging. Best Buy had the best price on this tv, too.

Wow, this TV takes home theater to new level. Picture is crisp, colors are vibrant, remote is responsive. Picture quality is close to OLED but for a fraction of the price. Must buy!

Having experienced OLED burn-in issues on my previous LG B7 65”, (despite taking every preventative precaution) I looked to find a TV that wouldnt suffer the same fate. Yes the blacks arent 100%, but they are so close that even being spoiled by OLED for 5 years, I am very pleased with this picture. On top of that, the highlights are much brighter than my LG B7, so I couldnt be happier. Love not having to stress about burn-in on this model!

Great TV. Love the picture quality and the connection to the other equipment is absolutely great. The picture quality is actually amazing. The audio connections work great with the Samsung sound bar.

We have enjoyed our new tv. The picture is so clear it feels like it's in real life time. The sound makes you feel like you're in a movie theater. Highly recommend.

It’s exactly what I want it this tv is a mind blowing Perfect color picture and sound i always had Samsung TVs they never break i will never by another tv brand other then Samsung

This TV is very nice. The anti glare works great. I do not have to have a center speaker anymore because the sound works great. I love it. It was the right choice for my home.

Great TV, beautiful screen 85 inch Samsung is one of the best TVs I’ve ever owned. The picture is simply the best would recommend this TV to anybody for sports movies and more.

The team that installed this TV was outstanding. The product is also top notch. A great picture. I can not say enough about the team. They were the best I have run across.

Bought an "open Box" model, come to find out it was a display model they were selling. Said it was an open box in excellent condition, went to go pick it up and boy was I lied too. There was NO box, NO remote, NO stand, NO NOTHING. It was just the tv wrapped in bubble wrap the they had the audacity to tell me that this is in perfect shape. Really annoyed with Best Buy, and because of this I will no longer use them. I will buy off Amazon or somewhere else and wait on shipping if I had too. Best Buy calls themselves a "premier" electronics store, but will try and sell you stuff like that at regular price. On the other hand, the tv does work, after spending a significant amount of extra money for everything that was missing that Best Buy charged me for. After paying "extra" for all the missing pieces I ended spending MORE on the TV than if I would have just waited for an unopen brand new one. I am extremely disappointed in such a large corporation would still try and take advantage of the average consumer . Pathetic

Its held uo to the test of time ans still amazes me when i compare to other tvs. I love it

TV very bright, excellent brilliant colors sound is not bad but sound bar and bass cube puts it over the top. Not as sharp as OLED, but close.

My new television is exactly what i wanted in a smart tv. The picture is awesome. The price was right and a great buy. The television has plenty of apps to download and use.

Wow what a great clear picture. This is a great tv it's like being at the movies. I would not hesitate over and over in purchasing this again. What a clear picture.
