Samsung has been our preferred brand for TVs, and this TV completed our search for a bright family room. I has total tech, which is not BB Total, so they installed/mounted perfectly. Great picture quality, brightness, sound. No Complaint.

Big fan. Being only a QLED and not an OLED or QD-OLED, I wasn't sure what to expect. So I was floored when I saw such amazing colors and contrast after I calibrated the unit. Blacks are nearly perfect on high-quality inputs thanks to the local dimming. The only small bit I wish I had more control over was fine tuning the picture. Sony seems to have Samsung beat here but Samsung has better panels.

Holy S, the brightness is crazy while retaining perfect picture quality. The whites are white and blacks are black. The color accuracy is good. I have it set to 25 brightness and it looks like it’s still on max with no blow out whatsoever. Amazing job from Samsung. You get what you pay for with this one. . The picture is great streaming in 4k, we use the Apple TV 4K with every streaming service. I’m a video audio file and it’s a 9/10

Perfect picture quality with very minor blooming and "almost" no DSE. I'm very happy with Neo QLED this year. Got rid of my C9 OLED and never come back because of its brightness and colors. But at $5000, it might be a meh for some people. But hey, there's no burn in and most issues with LCD TV has been fixed on this model. For me, it's better than OLED for my living room.

This TV looks great. We had a competing model first and it developed a line through it so we had to send it back and decided to try this though it was a bit more. The picture quality is so far above the other we were shocked. Maybe the other panel was bad and the line was only a symptom of a larger problem. As with any thin TV the speakers are just serviceable and you'll want a sound bar to match the quality of picture you have. No reason to have a wonder TV to only have a couple of crickets produce your sound for you. I have to say the biggest downside of this TV is the stupid Tizen software they run. You're stuck in the Samsung verse and if they don't specifically publish an app for you then you're out of luck. Any of the Google TVs you get have access to any of the Google created apps. 1 I know that I can't get on Tizen is Crunchy Roll, though you can get that on the Prime app on Tizen now, but it's app-ception at that point. Overall the TV is great and gives a great picture, not much else to say. No blur, dimming is great for light/dark contrast in scenes and there's never been stutter or judder. The TV just really delivers.

Unbelievable TV. Super clarity and definition. Was so bright I had to adjust brightness down a little. I don’t use the built-in streaming apps since I use Apple TV so I can’t speak to that feature. I use a surround sound system so I can’t speak to the TV speakers. Had the BestBuy Techs install and they did a perfect job. No issues whatsoever.

Pros: Has a great picture. Sound is very good for tv speakers. I do suggest adding a surround sound system. The smart tv inteface/software is nice and is fast most of the time. Cons: Mine will be mounted on the wall, but I do fine the stand attachment to the TV "scary" for such a large tv. I do not like that there is no source button on the remote and no way to view things connected to the TV. I also feel the remote over all is lacking and dislike that it is solar powered. I would prefer batteries. No manual (limited). Seems to be a a Samsung thing now.

(Highly recommend being a Total Tech Member) It took some due diligence, staying on top of matters, but Best Buy finally agreed to replace my Samsung - 85" Class Q80A Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV that I had for 1 1/2 yrs. (which was, I thought a great TV until problems.) Total Tech made numerous visits/repair attempts (over 5 mths.) to fix problems, with blue tooth, then with Apps not working on the 85" Class Q80A. Tolal Tech Team installed new full motion mount (new purchase), remounted and replaced it with the Samsung - 85" Class QN90B Neo QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV which was delivered 5/30/23. Being a Total Tech Member, all was done at no cost to me. Great Pic, Great Sound (w/o sound bar, but with sound bar even more amazing). Just hopefully this will not have issues in the future, but again, I would highly recommend Total Tech Membership, the Samsung - 85" Class QN90B Neo QLED and Best Buy.

This tv is well worth you thought process about buying a tv. Buy a tv these days can be overwhelming. A tip do your research and in my research this TV was perfect for me amazing picture.tv has great build quality and the black are the closest thing you will get to true blacks without forking the money for and OLED.

Excellent picture although I bought this primarily because of the anti reflective screen and it’s brightness. The TV is wall mounted in the family room that has 25 feet of windows and is extremely bright. I could barely watch TV during the day before because of the the glare and reflections. But with this Samsung TV there is no problem. It’s great.

If what you are looking for is a large television, especially an 85-inch one, you will not go wrong with this option, even if it does not have the pure blacks of an OLED panel, Mini Led technology does an excellent job simulating it, without losing the brightness that the OLED screens just cannot have.

Best tv I have ever owned!!!! Fantastic color, frame rate adjustments for gaming with 0 lag, complete customization for viewing and audio preferences, super easy to use and the remote is slim, sleek and modern with no pesky batteries to replace. Absolutely recommended!!!!

It's amazing. I've had a HD project for the last 10 yrs and was bummed to loose size a bit, but this is still massive in our space and the clarity/color/contrast gains are fantastic. It's not OLED but my fav critics say this is the closest to OLED microled has gotten and I see why. Read about how to avoid the "soap opera effect" and turn off all applicable features if you get it. Movies look nice and normal after that. E-arc ports are an awesome upgrade too - I use Google TV and one power button press turns on Google TV, Samsung TV, and receiver. Dope. Finally, the software is very unintuitive. It feels flashy, until you want to do something basic like change inputs. There's probably some fancy setup I can do to simplify, but why do I have to read a software manual to learn how to quickly change inputs? Definitely plan to utilize e-arc, or your a/v receiver to simplify. Worth it, though!

I bought the 85in Qn90b series and instantly noticed the Phenomenal Colors, with one of the Best and most Brightest Displays on the market! The clarity and sharpness of the Neo Led series makes it to be hands down one of the best value for money Product.

This tv is massive! It’s 85 inch diagonally but 75 inch in total width. The picture is very nice and clean but it takes some tweaking of picture settings to really get it to look right.

Beautiful picture especially when using 4k apps. Well worth it especially if you want a premium picture. Color looks great. I have a Sonos Arc and Sub paired with it but when not using them the sound on the TV alone is excellent. Tv is is sleek and thin and great for a mount.

My 77” OLED got burn in and had to replace it. This 85” Q90B is just outstanding. Same picture quality to my eyes as the OLED and bigger. I would even say the pq is better! Im very happy, especially knowing there’s no chance of burn in.

Perfect quality! The picture is crystal clear and the size is just right for my living room wall. We enjoy watching basketball and football games and this is the best tv we have found to do just that.

Good picture, easy to setup and work. The UI is horrible, don't use the smart home feature.

The package was very strong not easy to break, that protects inside TV, easy to install it. The TV quality is sooo good and very easy to operate, and price is reasonable, I like it very much, will highly recommend it to my friends…. Grandy
