    Great tv. Couldn’t figure out why the sound wasn’t working. Needed update. Heavy and flimsy definitely need 2 strong people to set up.

    Very good picture quality. Remote is small and rechargeable. Sound quality is average - works better with a sound bar. Quick WiFi connection.

    Very pleased with our new Samsung TV. It was time for an upgrade and we couldn't be happier. Best Buy staff was so great and the team who did our set up was amazing. Many Thanks. Thats why we always go to Best Buy for our Tech needs.

    the gentleman that help me pick out this t.v. was very noligable and new what he was talking about . dont remember his name but it should be on my receipt.... you need more people like him working for your company..... give that man a raise. he knows his t.v.'s .
