Outstanding product at a great price and topped it off with professional installation

Excellent TV for my theater/living room. The remote also can control my receiver and Nvidia Shield Pro so that was a bonus.

Upgraded from my 2017 9000 series 78” inch curved Tv, picture is not as great. Thought it would be better for a Q9 series. But not many choices available.

Enjoying all full gaming refresh rate of my PS5. Also all full movies and sound.

While it was working, it was a phenomenal TV, and gave me everything I really wanted. However, just short of the 1yr time frame, the backlight and/or the power supply failed, causing a flickering on and off. The Samsung repair process was an awful experience. I lost 3 days of work, because the service company didn't have weekend appointments for over a month, and Samsung was not willing to make any other accommodations for it. after failing to repair the TV on the third attempt, they have at least agreed to refund my purchase cost for the TV, but it was such a rough experience, that I will not be using that to buy a new TV from Samsung this time. I won't swear them off entirely, because they *did* agree to refund my money (still waiting on the TV to be picked up to GET that refund)

Great tv with excellent clarity! Looks amazing in our great room. Watching football is so much better now!

The 85 inch TV did not work out for me. We had to return it. There was something wrong with the picture.

DO NOT BUY!! Purchased this tv on 5/6/24. Today is 10/23/25 TV has stopped working - just a black screen, no sound, nothing. I phoned Samsung and did all the troubleshooting with them, and no luck. They were going to refer me to one of their technicians; but, sorry out of luck, they don't have a technician in my area. Unfortunately for us, we had like the TV so much, purchased a second for our family room 3 months ago. Fingers crossed that one doesn't magically stop working too. The TV had maybe 100 hours of tv watched on it as it was in our basement.
