While it was working, it was a phenomenal TV, and gave me everything I really wanted. However, just short of the 1yr time frame, the backlight and/or the power supply failed, causing a flickering on and off. The Samsung repair process was an awful experience. I lost 3 days of work, because the service company didn't have weekend appointments for over a month, and Samsung was not willing to make any other accommodations for it. after failing to repair the TV on the third attempt, they have at least agreed to refund my purchase cost for the TV, but it was such a rough experience, that I will not be using that to buy a new TV from Samsung this time. I won't swear them off entirely, because they *did* agree to refund my money (still waiting on the TV to be picked up to GET that refund)

Best for sports, colors are very bright even though is located near the windows.

Set up and right away issues having it on the stand because it sits crooked and is putting its weight more on one side than the other. Won’t offer to hang it and have to go through Samsung for a new stand but also won’t cover if it falls while waiting for the new stand to ship.

The 85 inch TV did not work out for me. We had to return it. There was something wrong with the picture.

This review is about best buy...they were supposed to haul away old tv..they didnt but sent me an email saying they did..just lied..i have been trying to get them refund the amt...so far called 4 tomes talked to almost 8 people..they all give me run around..telling me somebody will call back in 24-48 hrs..nobody does...so frustrating
