    This is good quality TV with good price. The only this I disliked about it is its weight. Its very heavy to hang in wall and difficult to move.. Feels like it might damage the wall because of its weight.

    Great TV but disappointed in the charges for installation and $50 charge to install a sound bar that was already installed on the previous TV that we bought for Best Buy. We also belong to the Premium Technical Support program and received no benefits as a result. I'm not sure this program is worth the money.

    TV is exceptional with 4k sources. Upscaling on HD and SD broadcasts is good, but not great. Off-angle viewing is very good. Motion control (sports, etc.) is also good, but not great.
