Used to be great, failed by support

However, just short of the 1yr time frame, the backlight and/or the power supply failed, causing a flickering on and off. The Samsung repair process was an awful experience. I lost 3 days of work, because the service company didn't have weekend appointments for over a month, and Samsung was not willing to make any other accommodations for it. after failing to repair the TV on the third attempt, they have at least agreed to refund my purchase cost for the TV, but it was such a rough experience, that I will not be using that to buy a new TV from Samsung this time. I won't swear them off entirely, because they *did* agree to refund my money (still waiting on the TV to be picked up to GET that refund)

Nightmare and design flawed

Won’t offer to hang it and have to go through Samsung for a new stand but also won’t cover if it falls while waiting for the new stand to ship.

Lies by Best buy Geek squad
