This is the best tv that money can buy all my tvs i got from best buy never had issues best buy always takes care of the customers.

First of all, this is a big heavy tv. Picture is awesome. But the processing system is difficult to navigate. The process of installing additional apps is difficult at its best, and impossible at its worst. Best Buys sales rep had stated that Samsung's processing system while different, was easy to navigate. Unfortunately he was incorrect. The remote is also difficult to use. The quality of the picture and sounds, as well as the price, so far has offset the difficulties with the processing system and time required to research how to operate the tv.

Great TV with a fantastic picture. I have yet to try all the settings but even out of the box the difference between my 4k LED compared to this is incredible. Even though I am still dialing my settings in for the living room, I couldn't be happier.

Amazing. Really no other words. The smart TV function is fast, the picture is great. I feel like I have a whole theatre experience in my living room, expect I can have that experience with not just movies but my TV shows and cartoons/anime as well.

Best TV ever! Did my research when looking for a TV that performed best in bright rooms along with some help from a very helpful salesman in the store (wish I remembered good name) and reading many reviews. Waited until it went on sale and jumped on it right away. Saved $900. Took advantage of the Geek Squad install and mounting too. No complaints. Plan on adding a compatible soundbar just waiting for that to go on sale too.

The sales person was very informative and friendly. And the TV is awesome! My last 3 TV's have been Samsung upgrades! All from Best Buy
