After initially being disappointed with a canceled installation, we were very pleasantly surprised. On the rescheduled day a technician named Brian and his partner showed up, and we couldn't have been more impressed. He came in to review the installation and make sure all of the details before getting out any equipment or tools. Once he was assured that we were on the same page, they went to work, and were very impressive. When it was done they made sure that the TV, and the existing sound system were working perfectly.

Love this tv, I actually bought 2 for both the living room and the den. The kids love the non glare since we live on water and have lots of windows, the old tv used to glare midday. The sound iOS great and the picture is of great quality. We got this one on sale, the sales associate was shocked at the sale price, 50% off!!! I am so glad I purchased 2!!

Over the years I've been slowly upgrading my TVs til I reached the biggest TV I could afford. I know could have gotten one of the new 8K TVs but they are still a little pricey. Overall the Bright Colors and Deep Black are amazing on this TV. Anyone interested in this TV should act now before the price goes back up.

I am absolutely blown away by the picture quality of my Neo — when shopping around for the perfect screen for my home, the colors and the contrast truly took the cake and with such fine detail, it’s like having your very own movie theatre at home!

We love the TV! Great picture. Best Buy was also great to deal with. The price dropped on the TV the week after it was delivered, and the price matching was very simple.

What a magnificent looking tv. The details and color make you feel like it with you. Especially if it’s broadcasting in true 4 or 5 K. The picture quality is hands down one of or the best tv for the money. Good job samsung.

I purchased this amazing TV during the pre-black Friday sale. Honestly was just shopping prices and comparing to the box club tv's. The salesman was impressively knowledgeable - a mature adult- commission free. Showed me all available options and allowed me to make an informed decision. So on an impulse - I bought it! Delivery was free! Set up yourself a snap with 2 people- too big to manage solo. I have a nice DTS 5.2 sound system that rocks the house- so I can't comment about the unit's audio capability...

This TV has a beautiful picture and quality sound. At 85 inches it gives the feel of being at a personal movie theater.

So far so good. Was a but worried after the few reviews I could find talk of issues. Looks great and no dead pixels I can see. Software updated very easily. Brighter than I expected even with sun shining into it. Debating a 2nd one for lanai.

This is a really good tv. This is my second Samsung TV and was not disappointed.

I’m in love with my Samsung 85 in TV. Colors are just perfect and all about TV is outstanding. So happy with it.
