    TV was as expected and diliverd on he scheduled day. My only critism is that a dalivery window of 7am to 7pm is unacceptable. I work to allow me to purchase items from Best Buy and for me to give up an entire day at my expense is poor business. My sales men and the purchase was a fine experience but the delivery is subpar.

    Picture and sound was great, loved the anti glare screen. Unfortunately after a month of owning, a black line appeared down the screen that was about an inch wide. Best Buy service was excellent and took care of us.

    Incredibly Disappointing

    Bought the 85" QN90F during December 2025 Black Friday sale. First, the stand is completely inadequate for this TV. It wobbles and shakes at the slightest movement so we spent a few extra hundred dollars mounting it when we originally did not want to. Second, the picture is not clear. We purchased this TV for it to sit in a room with windows and the matte screen does eliminate glare. The picture when watching Netflix, Amazon Prime, HULU, etc is not acceptable for a TV at this price ($2500+). We have Sony Bravia 3 and Sony Bravia 9 both in the house watching the exact same programming and the pictures are crystal clear and downright impressive. Unfortunately, no matter what settings are chosen for the Samsung QN90F (movie, standard, etc) there is something in the processing of this TV that blurs background images too heavily or pixilates certain scenes or shows. Rtings.com review results we simply cannot replicate. This TV is too big, too fragile, too heavy and too costly to return. So we are sticking with it. But we will be purchasing Sony TVs again going forward.

      First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

      Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
      2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
      3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
      4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
      5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators

      You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

    Nice image quality but the OS is very bad, it bother me very often with annoying notifications about translation and AI features.

    No glaring omissions here!

    See what I did there? The one feature thankfully missing from this TV is GLARE. I use this in an extremely bright room and you cannot see any glare at all from the lamps behind me or the bright overhead ceiling lights. The anti glare matte screen is stunning and completely free of any reflections at all. I don’t know how they pulled this off, but it is quite simply amazing. The picture rivals that of its OLED counterparts, and honestly I cannot tell the difference at all looking at them side by side. My eyes are so in love with this TV that I think my wife is getting jealous.
