Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After waiting two weeks, the delivery people finally came at 5:30 at night and they had brought the bracket but had failed to include the television the 85 inch television set that we had paid for. Then we found out that the television wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t arrive for another two weeks and that after the arrival date, we then have to wait another week before having it delivered instead of getting a priority delivery at that point.

Terrible picture quality

Yes it's not like my OLED, but I've seen lesser brands with much better pictures. There are minimal things I can change that influence the picture, and just to get any sort of color the tone and contrast have to be cranked up so much, the 4k beauty completely disappears. Hair on news channels look like mops. So disappointed, and I was 1 day past returning it to the store, and they refused online.

We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung’s QN90F TV. If the image isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

broken, but re-packaged in the box
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Samsung TV that you brought me was broken and had been re-boxed even though it was visibly damaged. You attempted to schedule additional attempts to deliver another, similar Samsung although, as I later discovered, you could no longer order that model because it was discontinued by Samsung. So, your attempt to sell me a Samsung 85" QN90F was a long, disappointing failure.
