My only critism is that a dalivery window of 7am to 7pm is unacceptable. I work to allow me to purchase items from Best Buy and for me to give up an entire day at my expense is poor business. My sales men and the purchase was a fine experience but the delivery is subpar.

Downside: Un-natural colors Factory settings = Un-natural colors. Custom settings = Same as older Samsung tvs colors but with slight improvements in clarity. I don't recommend this tv if you want true colors experience .

We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung’s QN90F TV. If the image isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

Bad customer service

They tried to deliver it to my previous address. I went to the store to correct and waited hours in the store for a resolution. I ended up buying it again from the store and picking it up myself or I had to wait another two weeks for delivery. Best buy offered no compensation for my time and aggravation. Bad customer service

No glaring omissions here!

I use this in an extremely bright room and you cannot see any glare at all from the lamps behind me or the bright overhead ceiling lights. The anti glare matte screen is stunning and completely free of any reflections at all. I don’t know how they pulled this off, but it is quite simply amazing. The picture rivals that of its OLED counterparts, and honestly I cannot tell the difference at all looking at them side by side. My eyes are so in love with this TV that I think my wife is getting jealous.

Tricky Installation, Needs Speaker System.

We placed into a component system(amplifier, base speaker, Netflix, music cd and blu ray player). Nothing worked until an extremely intelligent technician named Robert came and reset the TV and amp. He was incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. If you buy this TV do it only with a guarantee that Robert will set it up if you have a component system. The regular tv speakers are on the back and if wall mounted or on a credenza at a wall, you will need a speaker system. Otherwise you will have to have the tv speakers near max, probably shortening their life span. Robert is the absolute BEST tech they have.
