The first one from samsung as well the au7000 series. The LED burned out in 2 years. Warranty was for 1 year. The tech told me all the AU series have this issue as it gets too hot and the plastic melts onto the circuit board. So far the TU series have no issues. The only downfall I see in the TU series is that it doesn't link to my alexa or google like the AU and other samsung models.

Thank you for being a loyal Samsung customer and for sharing your experience with us. Please know the TU690T TV can connect to your external Alexa device. To do so, please follow the below instructions:
1. Download the Smartthings App on your Android or Apple device and log in with the same account that you are signed into on your Samsung TV.
2. On the app, you will need to add your TV as a device if you have not already done so.
3. Using the Amazon Alexa app on your Android or Apple device, connect the app to Smartthings, which should be under Devices> Your Smart Home Skills. Follow the prompts to sign in to your Samsung Account and enable the device.
After following the prompts, you should be connected and can now control your Samsung TV with your Alexa device!
