    Great tv but lacks most inputs and outputs

    Great tv, huge downside is that there are only 2 hdmi ports and an Ethernet port. There are no audio inputs or any other inputs. For the price it’s good for most but it’s a pain that there’s no optical input for my soundbar so it takes up one of the only two hdmi ports.

      We’re sorry to hear that the picture on your Samsung U7900F TV appears too dark. If this isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several settings you can adjust to improve the overall brightness and clarity of your screen.

      First, try disabling certain energy-saving features that may be dimming the screen automatically. Go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving, then turn off Brightness Optimization, Energy Saving Solution, Motion Lighting, and/or Contrast Enhancer.

      Next, adjust the Picture Mode to better match your viewing environment: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from the following:
      • Dynamic – Brighter and clearer for well-lit rooms
      • Standard – Balanced for most environments
      • Movie – Ideal for watching in a dark room
      • Eco – Designed for energy savings
      • Filmmaker Mode – Preserves the creator’s original intent

      You can also manually adjust brightness by going to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Brightness. Use the slider to set a level that suits your preferences (0–50).

      Finally, we recommend making sure your TV has the latest software installed: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

    Cracked on corner just by carrying the unit. Crap low quality. Don't waste your money, buy something better that will last and not crack when you carry it

    Conects and disconets from the wifi all the time and need to be reset and reconnect almost all days.

      Hi Came,

      Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity. If your TV is having trouble connecting to the network, the following steps may help resolve the issue:

      Signal & Setup Tips:
      1. Check TV-to-router distance – Your TV should be within 50 feet of the modem or access point for reliable signal strength.
      2. Minimize interference – Turn off nearby wireless devices and make sure there are no physical barriers (stone walls, fireplaces, appliances) between the TV and router.
      Power Cycle Devices:
      3. Restart both your TV and router – Unplug both devices for at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow them to reboot fully.
      Connection Type:
      4. Evaluate your connection method –
      o If using Wi-Fi, move your router closer to the TV and eliminate any obstructions.
      o For a more stable connection, we strongly recommend using a wired Ethernet cable.
      o If already using Ethernet, verify the cable is working by testing it with another device.
      Run Built-In Diagnostic Tools:
      5. Network Test: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test
