    First one kept inverting colors until it was unplugged multiple times within first 2 weeks. Took pictures. Less than a month later replacement is doing the same. Now is Best Buy going to free delivery a third which would be a second replacement? Good tv when working.

To help determine if the issue is related to the panel itself, we recommend starting with a Picture Test, which displays a high-definition image you can examine for flaws: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.

      If the issue appears during the test and across all sources (built-in apps, HDMI devices, etc.), it may indicate a panel-related concern.

      You can also try displaying solid-color test videos (red, green, blue, black, white) from a USB drive or YouTube. This can help you identify whether any pixels are stuck or not functioning properly.

      In some cases, unplugging the TV for a few minutes and rebooting it can help resolve stuck pixels caused by temporary display behavior.

    Great tv but lacks most inputs and outputs

    Great tv, huge downside is that there are only 2 hdmi ports and an Ethernet port. There are no audio inputs or any other inputs. For the price it’s good for most but it’s a pain that there’s no optical input for my soundbar so it takes up one of the only two hdmi ports.

    Good tv but screen blacks out randomly a few times. Idk if it’s the tv or because the Best Buy employees dropped it before it got loaded.

    had it for 1 month, the screen is flickering. now have to trouble shoot if that dont work tech has to come in

    Conects and disconets from the wifi all the time and need to be reset and reconnect almost all days.

      Signal & Setup Tips:
      1. Check TV-to-router distance – Your TV should be within 50 feet of the modem or access point for reliable signal strength.
      2. Minimize interference – Turn off nearby wireless devices and make sure there are no physical barriers (stone walls, fireplaces, appliances) between the TV and router.
      Power Cycle Devices:
      3. Restart both your TV and router – Unplug both devices for at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow them to reboot fully.
      Connection Type:
      4. Evaluate your connection method –
      o If using Wi-Fi, move your router closer to the TV and eliminate any obstructions.

    Incompatibility of Samsung with Spectrum

    The Samsung TV does not like Spectrum and is incompatible with it. We had exchanged the TCL TV we originally purchased because it would not play Spectrum TV. Best buy allowed us to exchange the TCL TV for the Samsung TV but we found out that Samsung's 85" TV is not compatible with Spectrum TV, unless a ROKU firestick is purchased and installed. I find this troubling and inconvenient. Why are we not told by the sales people when a TV is not compatible with certain streaming programs? It would help a lot to know these things before laying out $1100.00 for the TV delivery and set up. Other then the above statement, watching the 85" TV is awesome!

    Tv was delivered with care. Delivery company was awesome. Price was a steal and couldnt pass up the opportunity to purchase. Got the tv just in time for the Super Bowl. Great picture highly recommended.
