    Great TV. It was easy to set up, responsive and adaptable. I had a 98” but it was too big for the wall. This looks great in my living room

  • Poor Service Even Being a TT Member for Years

    The TV itself is great; it’s an exact replacement from a defective one I purchased a month ago. The crappy prt was the BB service. I’m a TT member for 5+ years and when the replacement was delivered, that all they did and took the new/defective TV off the wall and left me a huge box with the replacement inside it. I then had to make another appointment to have it hung. A week later 3 from the Geek Squad came and hung it and then started to leave after being at my house leas than 10min. I was like WT%? They claimed that was extra. I wouldn’t let them leave without setting it up to my system which took a whole 2min. Wow, what kind of service is that??? I even paid $300 in the original purchase for installation and remival of the old TV.
