These Samsung drives are always high quality. They install easily and perform well. I've no trouble with it what so ever. Good warranty too.

I build computers for a living, and I always stick to using Samsung SSDs, they are really fast, reliable and never give me a problem.

This drive has to be the fastest drive I have used. I loaded windows 10 and updates in less then 30 minutes. The pic boots within 20 seconds

I upgraded from an 840 evo. The drives are pretty much the same in specs. The difference being the 3d flash. Samsung drives are the best too me. They work great, have a great warranty and The samsung magician software can utilize your ram (8+ gigs) to speed up your most used apps. I can definitely notices the difference. i think anandtech did a review of this feature. This drive is not the fastest but it a great and reliable drive for anyone.

The Evo 850s are tried and true and have been around the block for a while. Still the best SSD IMO if you're going SATA. Be sure to use the included software to maximize performance and setup overprovisioning (if you care).

i finally decided to get a solid state drive. Laptop boots super fast and performance on photo editing is much better. glad i upgraded

This SSD is one step below Samsung's premier 850 Pro series. The warranty is shorter and the performance is slightly less. However, in a desktop or laptop it still works great and I doubt you would notice the difference.

i was a little scared about opening up my laptop but it was not very difficult with the right diagrams. after that, it is just plug and play. my only regret is not getting the 500GB drive

Upgraded my old 2010 MacBook Pro which had a HDD to the Samsung SSD. What a difference it makes. Very fast and overall a great hard drive.

BestBuy delivery is good. Samsung SSD is easy to use. The software comes with the SSD can duplicate HD to SSD easily. It succeeded in the first try. Very happy with the purchase. My 5 year old laptop runs fast now.

Have used 3 Evo ssd drives and they make huge difference in performance. Drives cloned without problems swapped them and laptops fly now.

Great SSD. I bought it to replace my Dell 4300 hard drive. Migration software was easy to use. From start to finish the job was done within 30 minutes. This is the 5th EVO 850 SSD that I have purchased, and have had no problems with any.

Bought this SSD for a new desktop and moved Windows 10 to here form the regular HD. Has worked great and system boots much faster.

In terms of price point, the 850 EVO 250GB for laptops is second to none. Best Buy has been consistent in professionalism and recommending the very best available electronics in helping consumers experience "Cutting edge technology".

So far the drive has worked well, and performed as I expected. The system boots quickly, and is very responsive. As long as the drive holds up long-term, I'd highly recommend it. There's other higher performing drives from Samsung, but if you don't need the absolute maximum read/write response times, then this drive is good enough for most operating system needs. I use this drive for my OS and programs, a 128gb drive as a dedicated cache for my Adobe programs, and a 4TB WD drive for file storage.

This is my first experience with an SSD and it is fantastic. It installed easy and runs like a champ. I used it in my MacBook Pro 2013.

I work in IT and these are the only SSD's that I recommend. I have installed at least 20 of the Samsung drives (The 830 and 840 series as well) and have had zero problems. They are also very competitive in pricing with "lesser" brands.

Drive is very fast and reliable. This is the second 850 EVO I've put in my home built. I'd never go back to the old spinning drives.

Not much to say here. It works as you would expect. Blazing fast, rock solid. Bought a second one after the first one went so well!
