I just installed my 6th Samsung SSD drive to replace aging hard drives on 6 win 7 based PCs. Every one has been solid. Some have been running over 2 years without any issues.

They work and install super easy. I got 2 and there dumb fast my boot times are so little I can pour a little drink and itd ask me for my password. There fantastic the price is a little step but its worth it. Quality product right here.

Many look at either the PNY or Sandisk SSD, but Samung absolutely takes the lead in speed and quality. The design is sleek while performing at a faster rate than its competitors.

I purchased this drive as a replacement for my failed 17" MacBook Pro HD. Needed to lookup the process of replacing the HD, but beyond that the drive has worked very well and is much faster than the HD drive that was replaced.

My 2011 Apple iMac 1TB HD crashed and I needed a replacement drive. I sought to go 250GB SDD and this thing outperformed any HD drive and improved performance of my old iMAc. Highly recommended as a primary or replacement drive.

I purchased this to replace an old HDD in my brother in laws older MacBook. I cloned the drive so that he had all his files and pictures. The SSD performs flawlessly and the slowdown he was experiencing on normal tasks were gone.

This is my 2nd Samsung SSD they are both going strong. Extremely fast SSDs and if you are upgrading a normal hard drive, it is a no brainer.

I bought one of these to upgrade my 6 year old t430 laptop. I installed windows 10 on this drive. My laptop was taking 2-3 minutes to boot up to the point I could use it. Now it's up and running fully loaded in like 30 seconds

I really never thought I would start using a TLC nand drive exclusively, as I did not believe they would last as long as a MLC nand drive. I have insalled over a 100 of these EVO drives and have not had one fail yet.

This was a great purchase. The price was great, installation was a breeze and I was able to use the software to clone my old drive. The performance improvement on my machine is amazing! Like it's a whole new machine.

There is just no comparison in how quick a SSD makes a computer feel versus a typical hard drive. I do wish the prices were a little more reasonable because I imagine 256 GB is going to fill up quick and click to install (that a lot of installers use) doesn't allow for changing an install path from the now SSD (C drive). Have a feeling pricing is much like CDs versus cassettes....cheaper to make but are still sold at a premium price. This is my second Samsung - 850 EVO.

Replaced aging Crucial ssd with the Samsung 850 EVO using Easus backup, No problems copying 150+ GB of data. IBM T60 laptop running XP (optimized to run on ssd) booted just fine on new Samsung ssd. Recommended.

This is actually a beast only 250g but it's running Windows 10 and by far this is the fastest pc out of all them and by far the most powerful with my 1080 g1 and g1 gaming 7 bourd 3200mhz memory i7 6700k and liquid cooling

My Macbook pro mid 2012 had slowed down to a crawl, so i decided to upgrade to SDD to enable faster boot plus disk access times. This Samsung SDD performed exactly as advertised, great upgrade, no complaints so far.

I have used the drive for two weeks so far and It is fast. I love the room it has on it and runs windows seamlessly. This is my second Solid State Drive, it is the only drive for the Operating System I would use.

I have my OS and 1 or 2 games that I play regularly on the SSD. Load time are sificantly faster than a standard HDD. However it's purely a luxury item. You don't NEED an SSD for a good gaming rig.

Best on the market you cant go wrong with this drive. It is compatible like any mechanical drive but can increase speeds tremendously. I was considering cheaper drives but went with this one due to the great reputation.
