Performance of this drive is topped by very few drives that are much more expensive. Best bang for your buck along with being one of the top overall performers. Great longevity and warranty. My go-to SSD!

Swapped out the old 5400 rpm with this SSD and what a difference. Cleaned and re-did the thermal paste on the heat sink and the Vaio is like new.....better.

Great solid state drive for someone looking to get some great load speeds for their games or even quick boot times for their PC. Had 0 issues setting it up and configuring it into my system.

My hard drive crashed, so I purchased an SSD to replace my C drive. My PC now boots Windows 10 in less that 10 seconds. I am very impressed with the Evo, it has probably added years to my old 3rd gen Core i5.

Plenty of SSDs out there but I consistently see Samsung and Intel being the best in performance. I put this EVO into a low-end laptop and it performs like one costing twice the price (out of the box).

Bought this for my OS. Wow, a boot up in about 3 seconds is amazing. Going from a cold start to working in 5 seconds is amazing! Everything feels snapper and just an amazing feel. Best money spent!

I bought this for my iMac "27 2009 to replace HDD. I had someone else install this, it will require a $10 adapter to fit the 3.5" size. Imac starts up in 15-20 seconds & runs great. No issues.

I install this drive on my Mac book pro as my boot up drive and boot up time has been slashed by at least 90%. I don't know how it will stand the test of time but so far I am very happy with my new drive.

Best SSD for any computer that still uses SATA. I use it on MAC Computers and the performance after installation is from night to day different...you see up to 4X the speed when using this SSD.

This drive is *fast*, and you can't beat the performance for this price range. Spent time researching using several of the tech enthusiast sites and this drive was among the few best in this price range.

I've purchased more than 2 dozen of the Samsung Evo 850's in various sizes in replacing drives at my company. I have not had a single problem and everyone has been reaping the fruits of its performance.

I bought this to replace the worn-out hard drive on my HP laptop. It's solid state and is supposed to be better than the other one. It's pretty fast but only time will tell if it lasts vary long

I've had several SSDs and Samsung makes the best hands down. Never had any issues with them, but have had a couple other brands fail on me. It will be Samsung every time I'll need one from now on...

Checked out the reviews saw mostly positive so I bought one and it is faster than the other SSD drive I have (sandisk). I am planning to buy another one. Another excellent product from Samsung.
