    Required extra cable ($20), and is difficult to format at a primary drive. Once I had additional cable, formatted to Samsung for drivers, then 2nd format to Windows 10 - why?

    The Samsung SSD was easy to install. The additional software doesn't work if you're a Mac user. The price is a little higher but for a quality product it's to be expected.

    You may not get the peak transfer rate, but it really helps speed up an aging computer. Can't go wrong with this product. Great value and reliability.

    I bought this product for my husband as a Christmas gift. He was so excited. So when he put it on, the product was defective or simply did not work. The power is on and everything else was fine but it just don’t work whatever trouble shot he did. FYI: my husband is a technology savy person. So I can say its really defective. When we went to best buy to exchange it, they don’t have the product available anymore. We returned it.
