    Outstanding drive. My previous drive died so I didn't need the included software which will clone your current HDD. Cloning Cables are not included. I installed the SSD into my laptop in a few minutes. Re-installed windows 10. Make sure you keep you Window ID number or you won't be able to reload windows. This drive is fast, quiet and I don't have to worry about head slaps if I move my laptop. Windows boots in seconds, not minutes. I wish I had done this sooner. The computer is faster now than when I first purchased it.

    I like the idea of flash memory, hope to fully make the move someday. But for now, this was just too expensive for me. The cost of an adequate size drive would exceed the value of my laptop.

    Seems to be a good drive (I've used an 840 EVO for the past 3 1/2 years), however I can't give it a positive review because it wouldn't work as a replacement drive for mid-2012 macbook pro.
