Drives are great. Bought them before and always perform week. Seen this drive previously on sale for $50 less at the store and other retailers.

Does what it should, time will tell on longevity. The last one is 10 years old and still works. Watch the connectors. Very bendy.

Ordered this SSD to replace a failed HDD (yeah, no more HDD in my system!). Ordered it Tuesday, it was delivered Thursday, and worked flawlessly since.

Everyone wants Gen5 nvme drives but honestly I can hardly tell the difference between sata and nvme for normal use and gaming. Plugged it in formatted the drive and it works.

I bought two 4TB Samsung 970 EVO SSD for storage in my new computer, and they run quiet and have no issues. Good speeds for a SATA drive, around 550 mb/s which is right around the SATA6 limits.

I put this in an external drive encloser and it makes for an incredible fast external/portable drive. you can play games directly off it if you want to move the drive between PC to laptop to ROG Ally, or whatever.

Very good product. Work as supposed to. Nothin else to say. Complain to BestBuy - no option to modify posted reviews. Some products fail after a couple month, but no way to update the posted reviews.

Fast, great for gaming. Even cheaper in 2023. Originally paid around the current cost of an 8TB model back in 2022. Now’s the time to upgrade the speed of your games or PC.
