These are the best drives available for new builds or replacement. Faster on both read and writes yet priced competitively priced with all other brands. The downloadable magician software allows for easy benchmarking, encryption, and trim whenever necessary. Highly recommended!

replaced an old 200GB 5400 RPM hard disk that was 8 years old. Adding this SSD made the system perform as if it was a new system today. Opening apps less than 2 seconds where before it was 25+ seconds. Awesome upgrade at a great price

The samsung solid state drives are a good upgrade over old mechanical drives. I have installed on 14 laptops (thinkpads T570, T580, and T550) in all cases that user's reported that the laptops were way faster than before. I highly recommend the drives.

I bought this Samsung SSD to replace the old HDD hard drive for my iMac 'late 2013" computer. The computer boots up and runs very fast like new. A little bit pricy, but what you pay is what you get. Samsung is a better brand than the other.

Between home and work I have used 7 of these now and every install has worked perfectly. Boot up time is reduced by 50-75% and basically everything is dramatically faster, almost like a new PC. The data transfer has been flawless every time.

I am an IT consultant and highly recommend the Samsung EVO drives to all of my clients. I have installed over 50 of these drives and never had any issue with them. These Samsung SSD drives are much faster than a standard mechanical hard drive.

Older computer needed a new hard drive. This one did the trick. Computer operating like a champ now!

The drive works great for what I needed. My only issue was I asked for a 1tb drive and the cage was locked, the associate mistakenly handed me the 500gb rather than the 1tb. I didnt pay much attention to it until I had it home, open and installed. By that point in time it wasnt worth the hassle to swap it out. Operationally its doing what its supposed to.
