Very happy that this did the job and did it without much of a headache given the new OS required to use. Recommended.

The instructions for porting the OS and info from my disk drive were straightforward and worked the first try.

At first, we thought it was a provider issue but our other laptops were connecting. After a couple of visits to Geek squad, who could find no problems, one tech suggested a new hard drive. Ta da! Problem solved and laptop is like new. Thanks to Geek squad and Samsung for saving us from buying a new laptop (recently retired, not in budget).
