However, I had the Geek Squad install it, and they configured incorrectly, and I had to bring it back. I am questioning my decision to have Total Tech Support.

I have had nothing but problems getting the 870 up and running. The Samsung data transfer program has failed EVERY time with the 870. Other software had to be used. Paragon did the job. I have many Samsung ssd drives, including the 850, 860, and now the 870. The 860 has worked flawless. The 870s have been a royal pain to get going.
