At first, we thought it was a provider issue but our other laptops were connecting. After a couple of visits to Geek squad, who could find no problems, one tech suggested a new hard drive. Ta da! Problem solved and laptop is like new. Thanks to Geek squad and Samsung for saving us from buying a new laptop (recently retired, not in budget).

Very happy that this did the job and did it without much of a headache given the new OS required to use. Recommended.

The drive's biggest attributes are efficiency and quality of its internal mechanism. It's read-write speed (how a computer accesses and writes applications) are unmatched. This SSD drive can literally speed up computers; especially older ones, just by upgrading it as its primary operating system storage. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
