Better Performance

The tech who helped was very knowledgeable about the product and give me assurance this will take care of the issue I was having. It did, my computer is functioning better than when is was new!

hard drive replacement

SSD is great

I tried every trick to speed it up. But I could see on task manager that the disk was always at 100%. Finally took it to geek squad and switched to SSD and it did the trick.

Drive failure

Works great but a newer version of Windows 10 has me often lost and confused.
