    The picture is decent but not great compared to my other older TV's. The blacks are more like a dark grey. Kinda disappointed coming from Samsung

      You can go to Home > Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings and configure the TV settings to your taste with functions such as Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Color, Tint (G/R), and many more.

    The TV is spectacular my only complaint is that it makes particular noises I'm not quite sure if it's the bracket install or if it's something internal but there's definitely transistor popping sounds that happened basically when the TV's been on for about 2 hours not quite sure if that makes sense or not

    Great tv. Easy to set up, responsive and adaptive. 98” was too big for the space so I downsized to an 85”

    We bought a 98 inch TV from Beat Buy and the installation service, Geek Squad, did an excellent job in installing my TV into my basement wall. Overall, Best Buy provided a great sevice!

    Great customer service everything went great with tv installation except manual for the tv was not left with us how do we figure out how to operate tv with out manual.

    I ordered this tv off the Best Buy app and had it delivered to my house and the guys who delivered to my house they were nice and very polite experience was amazing and truly return to the app for more stuff

    The tv is ok, the process of purchasing from BESTBUY was the worst experience. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. Poor customer service; poor installation, poor leadership communication. The company have no respect to customers purchasing merchandise items from their suppliers with little to no responsibility honorable delivery, customer care and satisfaction.
