There's a saying buying a new TV; if you can, always go bigger rather than smaller so you don't have regrets later on. I have my TV setup about ten feet from my viewing position, and with the 4k resolution, it's spot on. It's the closest I've ever had to having my own personal cinema, without the crowds and expensive snacks. I felt the picture was on par with my 85 inch TV. I stressed a bit how it was going to go with the Geek Sqaud delivery. I had brought an 85" inch TV into my home with a friend, and it's not easy folks. Geek Squad had four guys total, and I was amazed how it it went so smoothly. The TV was flawless, and I picked it up on sale before the Super Bowl. Samsung TV's are known for having vibrant color "pop", and this TV is no exception. Viewing concert videos or watching football games, you feel like you are there. Watching 4k movies is amazing, and the TV does a great job as far as upscaling. Gentlemen, this truly is the TV of your dreams!

I recently purchased the 98” Samsung TV from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The picture quality is beyond incredible — crystal clear resolution, vibrant colors, and the size makes it feel like I have a private theater in my living room. It has completely transformed my home entertainment experience. What made this purchase even more outstanding was the installation team. They were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They handled everything with care, explained all the features, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before leaving. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend both the TV and the installation service. If you're considering going big — this 98” Samsung is worth every penny!

Repladed a 2015 85” Samsung UHD. Its in a room with lots of windows so the brightness is perfect. With backlit TVs, getting true black and cloudiness issues has always been concern. Quantum Dot tech results in an amazing picture. Light room, dark room, dark scenes or not. It has as good of a picture as my LG OLED. Great job Samsung. this new mdl qm8k is really great in many ways picture super clear no jerky areas on screen colors super bright love the picture quality. i had the last years mdl qm8 98" and it was very good but the new mdl is so much better in every way. no halos that i see and very sharp and colorfull just think this is one of the best sets period

I purchase the Samsung -98'' Class Q80C QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV (2023) and was very happen for my decision from not getting the TCL 98'', perfect color and quality of the TV. Picture Quality, Sound Quality of 3-speakers, Brightness is excellent!

Incredibly Amazing HUGE TV with millions of pixels resulting in a magnificently crisp contrasts and a superb image. Works perfect with my wireless JBL-BAR 1300X during movie nights. No more spending crazy money to go to the movies now. I give it a Thumbs up!

Impressive size and great picture quality! We purchased this for our home theater and totally didn’t expect how it would be a competitive comparison to a projector. You have everything that a projector gives in the convenience of a stand. It’s fits perfect in our new home.

Samsung 98 inch Q80 TV. 4k I alerady own an 85 inch 8k set that looks fantastic. This increasein size really makes my room a theater. The set already plays Atmos which knocks the audio out ofvthe park. I am watching movies I have already seen as if for the first time and they look and sound great. I buy a TV about every other year and will never stray from Samsung again.

We just replaced our 10+ year old Sharp 80”. The old tv was fine, the smart tv apps were not supported anymore and the hdmi 1.4 technology was limiting its video capabilites. This new 98” is super awesome. We have a 2020 samsung 85” q70t and this new 98” q80c has much better video quality and the tizen is quicker. Now i need to upgrade my home theater receiver which is still on hdmi 1.4a while our new tv and appletv are hdmi 2.1. Out Geek Squad installer Latisha) was super knowledable and awesome!

TCL gave it a try the 98 in mini LED. What I found out is they have native LED Samsung with this LED q LED whatever is called blows. The TCL mini LED out the water and the TCL is a budget TV. But if you can spend the extra thousand, I'll wait until it goes on sale by the Samsung. You won't be disappointed. This TV makes sense as the 8k nothing's being broadcast and 8k or very little and it's predominantly overseas not in America. I'll just wait until 8K is more prominent. But don't get me wrong. I have LG OLED signature and it puts this TV to shame but if don't want to go is high as oled Samsung 98 is okay better than TCL. Don't buy budget TVs if if you have the option stick with the better one and there's a reason why. Oh yeah geek squad sent three guys out plus the supervisor and they mounted my TV. No issues. They were really nice and knowledgeable

Love our new tv for our family room!! I was eyeballing this 98 inch tv for over a year. So happy we bought it for $3499. Streaming shows and movies really make this tv shine and look incredible.
