    Sure. Maybe not the tv, but its the whole process. Delivery and install delayed due to truck break down, tv probably sat in a truck frozen in -0 temps for a week. Then super smelly cologne bathed drivers man handle the tv, hang it crooked, and now the tv died after 1.5 days. Now its being returned. IMO the tv is too bright and the detail isnt good enough. The UI doesnt seem to work well with this brand. Im moving on to the sony x90l.

    Can say anything about the tv. Probably good but for Best Buy customer service sucks! Still can’t get a manager to call me back about their p!ss poor communication skills. Never will shop here again.

    Had a Samsung 98" Q80C TV delivered to my house and was bad out of the box. Exchanged it and the second one was also bad out of the box. Maybe number 3 will work.

    Best Buy is the worst store in the world ..

    Never buy from Best Buy .. Had nothing but problems the minute I was supposed to get a brand new TV.. Horrible all around .. Git delivered actually broken .. Why come to the house with a broken product and u call customer service .. u wind up talking with someone in the Phillipines and can’t help u

    Failed Installation

    Spent well over $13000.00 for electronics including installation, but up till today no one showed up for installation. They gave one excuse or the other. Still waiting for installation.

    Surprisingly we got this tv on sale for 5 thousand dollars and you would think the picture quality would be immaculate however we have a TLC that shows better than this very disappointed.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q80C TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check at Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

    It took more than 30 days to deliver the TV to me, changing the delivery day, causing me to lose days of work.

    This TV is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! The installers, John, Brandon and Marcus were OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!! They were very professional and respectful and did a great job on installing our dream TV and setting up my sound bar. Everyone that has seen our new Samsung is in awe.

    this samsung 98 inch qled has put projection tv out of business.you will be emerged into this masterpeice of tv innovation.purchased the Samsung -Q-series 11.4 ch wireless Dolby Atmos soundbar+Rear speakers w/Q Symphony.worked like a champ out the box.the rear speakers could be more powerfull.The soundbar is worth the cake.This masterpeice sits in my livingroom.It is deserving of this room.This Samsung 98 in class Q80C Qled 4k UHD Smart Tizen Tv,bring ambience to the room because it is deserving of such a space.Heaven must be like this.

    Delivery/install crew didnt even get it fully out of the packaging before discovering it was broken. Likely caused by design flaw in the lrotwctive packaging.
