Oddly enough the ssd drive was a 250gb version of this 1tb ssd. It was very easy to install - had to buy a nvme ssd enclosure from amazon and download Aomei partition assistant to clone from my original drive to the new one. Everything looks the same and function correctly, except this ssd980 for some reason seems slower than the original ssd. The boot up is slower and so are the programs when opened. I'll probably bring this one back, or simply use it as a spare drive and reinstall the original ssd. I would recommend as a back up, but not an upgrade.
