Great and easy to install for my PS5. Heatsink already attached to the SSD so it saved some hassle.

EASY INSTALL! Pretty straight forward. This is a great way to add storage to your new PS5 or pc with gen4 pcie. If you install on PS5 reinstall the cover plate as the way the heatsink is cooled is negative pressure.

I upgraded the memory for PS5 and this was the capacity I wanted. I love samsung products because of the reliability, speed and price.

It was really easy to install, turned right on and works like a charm. I loaded about 30 games on there and you also get to keep the original ps5 1tb memory.

Works perfectly for the PS5. Put it in, powered up the PS5 and instantly recognized the drive and was able to format it with no issues. Moved some games over to it, it was smoother than my grandma's dance moves.

Fantastic little SSD for my playstation 5, but also orginially bought it for my alienware laptop. It can do both (well not at the same time), you have to pick. But in both cases it works great as a had drive for a laptop/desktop (that supports the port), but also blazing speeds for your PS5, ONLY after you use the MAGIC software from Samsung to UPDATE the SSD, as out of the box it only gets 5300 Read speed, after FIRMWARE UPDATE (you need a pc for this, PS5 CANT DO IT), you will get 6500+

I bought this awhile ago but it’s been maybe a year or 2 and it’s been amazing so far can download lots of ps5 games now plus it was a simple install and also cheaper then other similar hardrives
