Was simple to install on my PS5, just waiting now to transfer all my games. Was reading some of the reviews on this item about needing an update and asking the folks at Bestbuy to do if you didn’t have means to do it yourself so l did guy took it back waited like 3 mins then came back bout some well, you know crap. I rathered him just say No. l hate when employees act like they need beat around the bush just say no and let it be
