    Bought a new laptop Used it 4 times before my computer stopped working In order to NOT be without laptop for 3-4 weeks I purchased. NEW DRIVE for over $100 Not happy! The Gerk Squad on 2100 s in SLC were supposed to transfer my data from old laptop to new THEY MISSED THAT STEP I thought the problem was me so I paid $134? for someone to come to my home. HE transferred my data to my new computer bc the GS at the store ‘missed a step’ I still need to talk to the store to ask for a refund for the home visit.., but I dread it Who knows? Maybe they will be accommodating and refund my money?

    I may not know much about computers but I know that Samsung's reliable. With this new component to my laptop it's running faster and it's not as hot as it used to be!!
