If you need more space but just can't afford the 4tb version this is a nice middle ground. The pricing was phenomenal.

Recently I was having problems with reading and writing speeds, this m.2 is literally 7 times faster than the 870 EVO and solved every problem I was having. I would highly recommend this drive to anybody.

I did a test and out of all the SSD's that claim a 2000mb/s read/write speed, this one gets the closest at 1800mb/s. Most of the external ones are half their claimed speed. Put this in an external case and you have the fastest SSD out there.
