Great NVMe for servers!

I plugged it into a new server that I built to create an ESXi environment, and it's working awesome so far. It's my first time using Samsung NVMe, and I would definitely recommend it! I'm sure I will use it again in the future!

Lucked out getting this SSD instead.

The locker door would not open when I went to pick up the SSD and a Power Supply that I'd bought so I had to go into the store to sort it out. Best-Buy replaced the "lost" SSD that they could not find with this one and did not charge me the full price for the 990 Pro. Even though it took WAY to long, I must commend Best-Buy for the way that they handled the error and for "upgrading" me to this SSD.

If you work in VFX, this drive is a must-buy!

If you do any kind of VFX work on your computer 1TB won't be enough. Plenty fast and makes working on large sculpts in Blender a breeze. Firmware was up to date out of the box, too! You can also monitor your drive's health with Samsung's Magician software.

I’ve been in the market for the 990 Pro for a few months and couldn’t be happier that it was on sale at my local best buy. Even though it was a crowded Black Friday, the young man that assisted me was very kind to me.
