The best Gen 4 NVMe you can get, in my opinion. I use the 2TB drives for OS and monitoring systems installs. I have never had a single issue with these drives. Fast and reliable, I can't wait for the Gen 5s to drop in price.

Crazy fast load times, super reliable, and easy to set up. If you want a noticeable speed boost for gaming or work, the 990 Pro is absolutely worth it. I have 3 on my mobo. would buy more if it had more m.2 slots.

These drives are the best I have ever used. They are reliable, fast, and have long life. I only use NVMe and 2.5 SATA drives and I can say from my experiance, these drive are among the best. I have used other brands and am not impressed.

This SSD is very fast and easy toi install, and so far reliable. Without heatsink; no overheating problems yet. Price was good... got it on a weekend sale. Very happy I bought this for a boot drive.

This SSD is a beast. Boot times and game load speeds are insanely quick. Easy to install and runs cool even under heavy use. Perfect upgrade for anyone wanting top-tier performance.

What can I say? This is the top performing SSD out there. I have the Magician Software running and out of the box this drive came with the latest firmware. I feel confident that Samsung has permanently fixed any issues with this series of drives. I put this in a newer laptop to upgrade the space available and after running some benchmarks, this drive is almost twice as fast as the OEM drive in every benchmark test. I have had Samsung SSDs and USB Flash Drives for years and have never been let down.

Installed easily and works great!! Speeds are as advertised both read and write.

It's fast and it works. I'm not sure what else I could really ask for. It does get hot, so if you can put a cooler on it, make sure you do so. A word of warning for anyone else who buying one to use with a 2023 ROG Zephyrus M16 GU604: To get it to work, you need to put the 990 Pro in the slot occupied by the stock ssd, and put the stock ssd in the second slot.

The last time I ordered a PC, the fastest SSDs were still SATA drives limited to 500gb so this tiny NVME drive storing 2tb is nothing short of a miracle. The Samsung pro drives are well reviewed and deserve the praise.

I needed more storage on my gaming computer. So I took it to the Geek Squad and they installed this. I’m very satisfied with it and have plenty of storage to download games.

The Samsung 990 PRO is one of the best SSD's you can buy on the market. I've installed it on my B650 motherboard from MSI and the performance has been great, I recommend to make use of your motherboards thermal pads as SSD's can run hot these days. I got this on sale for 135 as I configured it with BestBuy's Gaming Pc Bundle.

my computer crapped out on me one mourning so i took it in to BB to get it checked out. i turned in my pc and told them all the symptoms. they told me they would do a full diagnostic and tune up and let me know what they found. a few days later they gave me a call and told me i had a corrupted drive. we discussed replacements and then had them install the new one. came back, picked up my pc and now everything works as good as new. everyone there was calm and friendly and very willing to help me out. i will be returning if anything ever breaks again.
