Charges my new Galixy S8 very well. I would not say real fast. Does not overheat or make noise like other people mentioned. Only thing questionable is the light does not go out when the phone is 100% charged. I don't know if it is still trying to charge.

I had already purchased the stand-up charger, and while it works fine with my Samsung Note 8, I ran into a problem with it connecting consistently when I place it down in portrait mode (the phone seems heavy and doesn't always like to sit properly). So, I bought this one to place by my bed at night. So far, it works great. Just place the phone down, make sure the light comes on, and viola. That's the only thing though, making sure the light comes on, but that's just a matter of finding the sweet spot, so it's not so much a drawback as a minor inconvenience (which is overlooked because I no longer have to hunt for the cord to plug it in or worry about unplugging it).

It is great for a quick charge. It has a clean look to it. The light indictors are great for showing when the phone is charging and when it is charged. Best lazy way to charge your phone without plugging your phone in.

This is a well-designed product. It is fast, but not as fast as corded charging. If you want to move to wireless convenience, it is a good buy.

I love using this wireless charger. Even though it is not as fast as the fast-charging cable that came with my Samsung S9+, it is so much easier to use, that I usually choose it for charging.

This charger Charges FAST. Just place phone on top to start charging. Nomore placing & taking out usb cord in the charging port of your phone caising possible damage

You have to keep the phone in a certain position but at least it doesn't heat up like other chargers. And it's fast just like the wire charger

Great to just set phone on pad and charge. Make sure to place on pad and charging light indicates proper placement. Bought one for the office too. Works with Otterbox protective cover on too

I love having this wireless charger. It works even though I have my phone in a protective case. I always hated trying to plug my charging cable into my phone at night but this takes away the hassle.

Charged my Galaxy S5 from 80 to 100% in a short time. Worked fine with the QI battery adapter I installed on the S5. (It is not QI without it). This one is for Home. Gonna get another for Work. Easy.

As other reviews have stated, you do have to place your phone pretty centered or it will flash the light and not charge. After a couple practice tries it’s pretty easy to get it set properly. Other than that it charges quick and is much nicer to use than plugging in a charger. Works really nice placed on a nightstand for overnight charging then you just pick it up in the morning and off you go. I also have the stand up version of this charger and I like that one better and doesn’t take as much placement practice to get it to charge right off the bat.

Overall this product was worth the price. My samsung phone charges really quickly and easy to charge for when you are tired to plug it in. All you do is just place it and charges for you.

Product works great with Samsung 7S. Not as fast s cable quick charge but still fast and easy. I have an otter box on the device and it charges just fine without needing to take the shell off. This was a plus for me.

charges fast even with an otter cover on phone. but because of the otter cover it has to be centered on the charger or it looses connection.

Good product and great design but it's a pain trying to get the phone in the correct position to actually recognize and start charging. Also gets mildly hot too.

I actually picked this up for 'free' for being a Best Buy elite member. Right there is worth like 6 stars. I can definitely say this works with the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S9+. I can't make any claims on other devices I have not tested regardless if the device is capable of fast charging or not. I can make the disclaimer that it will not return to you like Captain America's shield of you throw it at somebody, but it will annoy them and it does travel pretty far. I would recommend this for anyone who owns a Galaxy S7 or newer Samsung phone capable of fast charging. I would not recommend this to Captain America to replace his shield that he 'lost' in 'Civil War'.

Love my wireless charger. So nice to have my phone charge super fast and no need to fumble around with a cord, especially in the dark. So nice to just set my phone on top and a few hrs later its charged.

Samsung smartphones are notorious for the wearing out of the insert where you would plug in your charging wire. So, why throw away the phone when you can charge it wirelessly? Some phones have the infrafred reader built into the cover of the phone to be able to charge wirelessly (my Samsung Note 4 and Note 5 do) and some you will have to buy the reader and place inside of your phone (Note 3). Do your research to figure out whether you need to add the IF manually or if it is already included BEFORE purchasing this product. My husband uses this for his Samsung Note 3 after I installed the IF reader. Otherwise, the phone would have been thrown away. I use it to for my Note 5 when I am near the charger and it isn't being used by him.
