You have to place it on the right spot for it to charge. That's my only complaint. Good for a quick charge, grab, and go.

It’s simple to place it and grab it and it’s compatible with iPhone as well. I charge my iPhone X with a case and it gives me no issues. I would recommend this for home use or office use it’s not too large but I wouldn’t take this on the go. It’s a comfortable way to charge you avoid dealing with plugging in your phone and unplugging especially with most iPhone cords wearing and tearing. Plus I think it’s an alternative if your phone can’t charge from the port then wireless charging can come through before you decide to upgrade.

I am so happy I bought this wireless charger. It is so convenient to just lay your phone on and charge.

Charges my iPhone X nicely. It’s very convenient to have on the nightstand so you can just plop your phone down at night. I wish it was a tad bit larger. If your device isn’t centered, it won’t charge.

Love that I don't have to bother with a cord anymore! Can just grab & go with no messing with cord. Don't know that it charges any faster, but still charges fast enough.

What I like most about this charger is that I just keep it plugged in and can set my phone on it anytime it gets low. It even charges with my case on my cell phone.

I really like that I can just pick up the phone and go anytime without having to disconnect from the charger. It works quickly and with the case on the phone.

This quick charger does the trick. Charges fast. Only draw back is phone has to be positioned just right to get to charge.

Easy to use, bought a second to have multiple charging pads in the house. My wife won't use anything but this. No need to have cables all over house to plug in.

Great and convenient. No need to plug up. Just drop the phone unto the pad and you're good to go. Very fast charge and haven't had any issues

Excellent and works with Note10+ in an OtterBox. The only issue is that it needs to be centered correctly but that is easy enough.

Bought this after returning the newer Samsung wireless charger that pivots for flat or tilted recharging. I have a Note 8 with an Otterbox case and the phone wouldn't charge in the upright position. The flat position that this charger uses is fine. Since I use it on my nightstand next to my bed, I need to cover up the lights on the front of the unit since they're very bright in a dark room while I'm trying to sleep. As far as actually charging my phone, it works just fine.

It does provide wireless fast charging, but you have to place your phone on its sweet spot to work

Look, there's nothing wrong with plugging in your phone to charge each night, but I have found (more with Android than iPhone, but still) that the charging port eventually loosens up and sometimes the cord has to go in at just the right angle, or can stop charging! This solves that problem -- every night when I lie down to go to sleep, I simply set my phone on this pad, wait for the notification noise that tells me it's in the right spot, and voila. Charges overnight, and I'm good to go. It's even a pretty great fast charge for my iPhone X for being wireless!

I have a Samsung S7 Edge and this charger works well. It makes it easy because you don't have to use cables to charge. I also have a LG V10 and unfortunately it cannot charge that phone. Samsung charges only work with their phones. The other universal chargers work with all wireless phones regardless of brand. It is a very good charger if you own a Samsung phone. It is compact and great for traveling.

Works as described it's nice not having a cord to plug in all the time can be a bit touchy on where you have to pay it down
